Service Apprentice


  • Knowledge and / or a background in a service center, e.g. as a car mechanic or similar, has experience with mechanical / engineering, doing mechanical repair and machine overhauling is not required but considered an advantage;
  • Technically interested + inclined; willing to learn / with an open mind
  • Hobby and / or strong interest in ‘fixing / tinkering’ with technical / electronical / mechanical gadgets etc.
  • Willing to travel nationwide
  • Possession of a current / valid driver’s license with Restrictions 123 is an advantage; or is willing to be trained
  • Resourceful, team player, and flexible to adapt to new ideas and procedures
  • Result-oriented, can work with minimal supervision, and willing to assume increasing levels of responsibility
  • GOOD ORAL / WRITTEN ENGLISH communication skills
  • GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS, including Word, Excel, Outlook email;


  • Assists in the assembly, installations and start-ups for breathing air compressors
  • Assist in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of SCUBA diving equipment
  • Service-related deliverables
  • Maintaining a clean, orderly, safe work environment & maintains / assists in proper spare parts inventory controls
