Executive Assistant – HR/ADMIN Support

URGENT FULLTIME POSITION

STATION: Manila/Makati

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 year experience in administrative work.
  • Strong leadership skills, critical thinking and organization
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High degree of professional independence, initiative and self-discipline
  • Good crisis management skills, customer service, orderliness and time management
  • Computer proficiency, i.e. spreadsheet management, or other computer-based software to digitally manage and monitor executive activities or daily operations.
  • Willing to travel when needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to company executives which may include handling privileged or proprietary corporate information or private/personal information
  • Perform administrative duties for company executives, which include handling corporate correspondence and communication; extensive research and data collection; preparation of reports and presentations; making travel and meeting arrangements; training and coordinating with other support staff.
  • Prepare agenda and attend Executive meetings, conference calls and events when necessary
  • Provide support to various departments or teams in the company and resolve administrative issues and inquiries
  • Support/initiate specific projects in the company, which may include working with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects; and coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results
  • Maintain electronics and hard copy filing system for records and documents and other reference materials
  • Maintain office facilities and utilities, office equipment and office supplies inventories; and liaise/coordinate with suppliers and service providers
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
