Our CONTINUOUS BLEND NITROX SYSTEM will pay for itself before you fill 550 tanks!
Here are some approximate numbers :· 50 liter of O2 will cost about US $6.00 · That will fill approximately 20 SCUBA tanks at 32%· Each Nitrox tank fill costs you about US $0.30· You can sell the Nitrox dive for an extra US $5.00 for a profit of $4.70 per tank fill.· You profit will pay for the system in just 530 tank fills…· NOW THINK OF ALL THE NITROX COURSES YOU CAN SELL !· People love this ! A short weekend course and SUDDENLY they are a TECHNICAL DIVER.· FREE INSTALLATION AND TRAINING ON YOUR NEW :CONTINUOUS BLEND NITROX SYSTEM
Advantages of “through the compressor” continuous blending as compared to partial pressure:- Safer, easier, inexpensive, faster, reliable
- Standard scuba air tanks can be used, no special O2 cleaning needed, no annual O2 cleaning of tanks and valves. No special O-rings.
- One hour training, no need for a blender course.
- Can use the O2 supply tank down to 5 bar, more efficient use of the oxygen.
- No hazardous transferring of oxygen at high pressure
- Nitrox tanks are filled at the same speed as standard air tanks.
- Oxygen usage is about 25% better than with partial pressure. Unless you have a Hassco pump – it is 40% better if you are emptying tanks before refilling.
- No clean air filters to change. A Laurence Factor filter system for partial pressure blending cost about 23 pesos ($0.41) per tank for replacement of the filter elements. This is just for the element and you still need more than 26 pesos of Oxygen.
- System is user adjustable from 21% to 39% .Recommended maximum percent of oxygen is 36%, although all literature says up to 40% is safe. (NOAA studies)
Precautions:
- Compressor must run synthetic oil in a well ventilated area to run cool.
- The final filter should be changed per manufactures specification, to avoid oil build up.
- Recommended maximum percent of oxygen is 36%, although NOAA studies says up to 40% is safe.
