Combined with a belt slide (sold separately) the D-ring is the best way to create an attachment point on soft webbing. D-rings available in 2-inch, low profile (AC1063), 2-inch with a 3/16-inch diameter (HW1062) 2-inch bent at 45 degree angle (HW1062)and 2-inch with 1/4-inch diameter (HW1018). The stainless steel TransPac Stabilizing Plates firmly secure a TransPac to any set of double tanks that use industry-standard bands and bolts. They are curved to fit the spacing of double tanks, and are the only item needed to connect a TransPac harness and a wing to a set of double tanks (a hard backplate is not needed). The TransPac harness and the wing end up being sandwiched between the double tanks and the Stabilizing Plates, with the Stabilizing Plates functioning like large washers. Sold as a pair.

Our Stage Bottle Rigging comes with everything a diver needs to correctly set up secondary bottles for years of technical diving. Our 1-inch (2.54 cm) nylon webbing with 2,200 lbs (998 kgs) tensile strength forms the carrying strap. Resistant to breakage, rot and splitting, nylon webbing creates a durable and long-lasting foundation for stage rigging, yet can be cut free in case of entanglement. Rugged elastic hose retainer band resists rolling and tearing and has the right amount of stretch. A large webbing loop on the retainer is easy to grip even with gloves on. Marine grade stainless steel cylinder clamps and hardware are saltwater ready and resistant to corrosion. A 1-inch (2.54 cm) piece of tubular webbing and a short piece of clear tube are provided to cover the tank clamp and screw for abrasion protection. A longer piece of clear plastic tubing slides over the nylon webbing to form a comfortable handle on the carrying strap. Assembled as a kit, divers have a choice between 40-cubic foot and 80-cubic foot Stage Bottle Rigging kits with either stainless steel XL bolt snaps or stainless steel butterfly clips

Dive Rite Tank Bands are tungsten inert gas welded (TIG) and have beveled edges that minimize scratching of painted tanks during assembly. They are constructed of 18-gauge, 304 stainless steel, with a #3 polished finish and 11-gauge, 304 stainless steel structural plates. 304 stainless steel is a high grade, low carbon alloy that resists corrosion, even in saltwater. Every band is precision sheared and punched and goes through a stringent quality control test during each step of the manufacturing process. Our bands also include an appropriately sized stainless steel all-thread bolt kit which is also made of 304 stainless steel. Made in the U.S.A.

The XTX Tungsten is built upon the XTX200 platform but with a truly unique, added feature: it is protected with a hard, durable PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) finish. This “tough as nails” finish is better than traditional chrome plating. The coating is made of high quality grades of Titanium, Zirconium and Chromium. The result is not only rich, but protects your investment from normal diving abuse.

The XTX Tungsten features an innovative Diver Changeable Exhaust system (DCE). This system gives the diver the ability to change from a small exhaust tee to a large exhaust tee. This gives the user a choice, wider exhaust tee for minimal bubble interference (essential for underwater photography) and narrow exhaust tee for a smaller compact comfortable regulator. The regulator will be supplied with both sets of exhaust tees

The XTX Tungsten can be converted from a right handed hose configuration to a left handed one. The process of changing the regulator to a left handed configuration is both quick and simple. However this procedure MUST only be performed by an APEKS Authorized Service Technician

The XTX200 model is the flagship of the Apeks® fleet of fine regulators. It uses the proven “FSR” type first stage as found on the ATX200. This XTX200 first stage features a new bright chrome finish. The second stage, although shipped in a standard right-hand configuration, can be reversed into a left-hand configuration by your authorized technician.

The XTX40 octopus incorporates a new two-shot high strength composite front cover, improving the durability of the most vulnerable part of the demand valve. An octopus can be particularly prone to damage and so this is of significant benefit.
