GENERAL INFORMATION

CEBU ERNBRI IMPORT, INC. (CEII) is a corporation lawfully existing and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), primarily to engage in, but not limited to, the import/export of, to buy and sell, diving equipment and related goods.

Late in 2002, CEII took over the importation component of 30-year old Aquaventure Philippines, and the then largest distributor of diving equipment, Whitetip Divers originally established in the 1980s. CEII started its commercial operations in May 2003.

To date, CEII is, by a very large margin, the country’s largest importer and wholesale distributor of SCUBA diving equipment and related products. Being a wholesaler, CEII has selected its business partner AQUAVENTURE WHITETIP DIVE SUPPLY (AWDS), a Filipino sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), for the retail distribution of its imported goods.

Along with Aquaventure Whitetip Dive Supply, CEII have their respective branches strategically located and operating in Manila, Cebu City, Lapu-lapu City in Mactan Island, Puerto Galera in Oriental Mindoro and Boracay Island to distribute a full range of diving equipment countywide, with a well-coordinated and refined distribution network and warehousing.

CEII and AWDS are proud to have created a family of seasoned staff with many years of SCUBA diving and other marine sports equipment importation, warehousing, distribution and sales experience, driven by the developing technology, implemented by a team which is highly focused on serving the needs of our ever-expanding clientele in the diving market. It is composed of a team of dedicated and committed people, whose business is to provide our clientele, with the right and safe diving equipment of the highest quality and unmatched customer service at reasonable price.

PRODUCTS

Being the biggest distributor of SCUBA diving equipment in the country, CEII has endeavored to acquire exclusive importation rights and distributorship of the best brands of SCUBA diving equipment for distribution in the territory of the Philippines. To date, CEII is the exclusive distributor of Scubapro/Uwatec, manufacturer of diving equipment through advanced research and development and highly efficient engineering techniques; Oceanic; and Dive Rite, the world’s leading technical diving equipment manufacturer. CEII is also the exclusive distributor of Luxfer 80/95cf and 56/65cf tanks; as well as Bauer, which has earned its reputation as the world’s foremost innovative designer and manufacturer of high pressure breathing air compressors and purification systems. Bauer compressors offer toughness, mobility and greater air capacity, for a more professional performance and are designed to go on vessels, diving boats and rescue expeditions. The use of stainless steel and kevlar for frame and filling device ensures extreme resistance to corrosion. To date, CEII is also the biggest distributor of PADI materials in the country, supporting the majority of the country’s major dive centers, instructors as well as divers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

CEII and AWDS are the only authorized sellers of Scubapro/Uwatec, Oceanic, Dive Rite and Bauer who can provide buyers with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, complete after-sales services & repairs, and product updates. They also have all spare parts available for the products they sell. Distribution includes door-to-door delivery within our branch locations without delivery charges, and to any point of destination in the country outside our branch locations, with very minimal at-cost shipping charges.

By coordinating service and standards throughout the network, CEII provides seamless integrated road/sea/air freight delivery and hand-carry’s, which offer clients an efficient, streamlined, professional operation that ensures orders are delivered on time, anywhere in the Philippines.

CEII also engages in a continuing education program, by conducting regular technical product trainings for its clients, in various locations in the country.
